The organized fire fighting first appeared on our territory and in the territory of Nasice, during the second half of the 19th century. After the big fire, in 1874 people deliberated about it.

In 1887, the respectable citizens including count Pejacevic decided to organize The Voluntary Fire-brigade Nasice, on the model of the other fire-brigades. The standard made on December 15, 1887 confirmed this event. The first formal document consolidated this association and its establishers.

The document was signed by:

- The president: count Teodor Pejacevic

- The commander: Ziga

- The deputy: Weigarth

- The secretary: Stjepan Kovacevic

The Royal Croatian-slavonian-dalmatian government, the internal affairs department, approved the standards on August 13, 1888, and the voluntary Fire-brigade Nasice was established.

The Voluntary Fire brigade Nasice organized various parties to raise founds, in order to buy necessary equipment. The brigade is very much involved in the social life of the town.

During the war in Croatia, the brigade was very active. It put the fire out in saint Antun church and saved the valuables.

The voluntary fire brigade was very active from its beginning. It endured all the wars and all the crises.
